To date, all of the program standards and policies have been contained in the WERS Tool Documentation and Defaults tab. As each WERS tool iteration is issued, the Documentation and Defaults tab is typically updated based on any standard and/or policy decisions of the WERS Development Committee and the Green Builder® Coalition Board of Directors. The purpose of this page is to serve as a home to a standard and/or policy that may be issued before a new version of the WERS tool is issued or the standard and/or policy may be too complex to be incorporated into the WERS tool.
